Movement Guides makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 1:00 p.m. MST Monday-Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.

APO & FPO orders are charged the standard shipping rate and shipped via US Postal Service.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM RETURN POLICY:
All defective or damaged products must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within six months of the purchase date. We recommend that you keep your invoice as your proof of purchase.
Videos & DVDs Cannot be returned if opened. If the merchandise is defective, it will be exchanged for the same title only.
PURCHASE ORDERS (PO’S)
Movement Guides does accept Purchase Orders. Purchase order must be received within 30 days of the date of the purchase order and must have correct remittance address on it.
